Enhanced Television Company Teams Up With Sportvision

ACTV, makers of HyperTV, which allows people to simultaneously watch television advertising and content synchronized with a PC in the same room, formed an agreement yesterday with Sportvision Inc. Sportvision will add its sports production, design and technology -- such as Batter Radar, which measures bat and ball speed during baseball games -- to ACTV's HyperTV and One-to-One interactive digital television platforms. The companies also will work together to create interactive and convergent sports marketing campaigns that complement the use of their shared technology.
