EmailChannel Debuts E-Mail Services
E-mail integration services provider EmailChannel, Boca Raton, FL, announced two new e-mail-based customer service applications that will help companies target potential customers while solidifying relationships with old ones. E-Applications allows companies to integrate e-mail based, one-to-one marketing and customer management programs into their core business processes.
Some of the applications include lead/cycle, a pre-sales tool used to qualify prospects from trade shows and other direct marketing activities, and Life/cycle, a post-sales tool that uses e-mail to keep in touch with customers over the lifecycle of a product or a service.
