Tribal DDB Worldwide co-founder Stephan Beringer has joined Digitas as president, international. He will be responsible for all non-US markets. Beringer was most recently global chief strategic officer and president of TribalDDB EMEA.

Liz Ross has also joined Digitas from Tribal DDB. Beginning August 7, the former president of US operations and global chief marketing officer at Tribal DDB will serve as chief growth officer, US, at Digitas.

Norbert Fruteau de Laclos has joined Rapp as SVP, brand experience director. He previously worked on healthcare communication and CRM in TV, print and digital at various creative agencies

Tom Harty has been promoted from chief revenue officer to president, consumer magazines, at Meredith Corp.

E-mail service provider Blue Sky Factory has named DJ Waldow director of community. He joins Blue Sky from Bronto Software, where he was director of deliverability and best practices.
