Eltrax Launches Net Monitoring Service
Network services company Eltrax, Southfield, MI, announced the availability of an Internet performance monitoring service called Internet Quality of Service. The service will alert online retailers that Internet applications and services aren't functioning properly.The IQoS tool kit monitors Internet and network parameters on a customized client-specific basis and will issue an alert when response times aren't where they are supposed to be. It also monitors the server, network, application and the performance of a client's Internet service provider. IQoS has the ability to identify the cause and severity of a delay.
