eLoyalty to Offer CRM Package

Recent marketing agreements with notable software firms have led e-marketing services firm eLoyalty to release its Loyalty Foundation system - a customer relations management program announced last week.

The company will package the system in its Loyalty Suite with products and services from Lucent Technologies, Nortel Networks, Genesys and Broadwing. eLoyalty, Chicago, said the growing popularity of speed-based e-business application packages spearheaded the agreements and the development of its CRM software.

Loyalty Foundation provides setup and conversion for applicable programs, monthly consultation, technical support and upgrade information news. The price for the software was not disclosed.
