Eloqua, Microsoft Integrate BTB Programs

Eloqua Corp., Toronto, integrated its Eloqua Conversion Suite with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the business-to-business automated demand generation software firm said last week.

As a result, Microsoft customers can extend and integrate the rich marketing capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to execute, automate and measure multichannel BTB marketing programs. Sales and marketing processes are unified while preserving Microsoft Outlook as the interface for delivering leads to sales users.

"Our integrated products will give customers visibility into the revenue impact of their marketing campaigns and access to best practices in business-to-business marketing -- like marketing automation, campaign analytics and lead scoring, distribution and nurturing programs," Microsoft Dynamics CRM general manager Brad Wilson said in a statement.
