ELEC Acquires Line One
ELEC Communications Corp., Norwalk, CT, said this week that it acquired telemarketing firm Line One Inc., New York.Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Line One has more than 150 employees. Its co-owners, Ross Weinberg and Michael Klein, will become co-presidents of ELEC's marketing and call center operations.
ELEC is a publicly traded local telecommunications company. Weinberg and Klein will be responsible for ELEC's internal call center operations as well as the marketing of eLEC's services.
