Egreetings to Raise $75 Million in IPO

Egreetings Networks, San Francisco, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to raise as much as $75 million in an initial public offering. It will use the money to ramp up its sales and marketing efforts, expand its architecture and brand-building activities as well as acquire content.


The company's Web site has 4,400 digital greeting cards, which include graphics, animation and music, that consumers can personalize and send free of charge.
