EDS Teams With E.piphany
EDS will offer E.piphany Inc.'s CRM software to its clients on an international basis, the two companies said yesterday.Under a three-year software licensing agreement, EDS will incorporate the E.piphany E.5 suite of customer relationship management products as part of its integrated CRM service offerings. EDS will be a reseller of products from San Mateo, CA-based E.piphany.
Plano, TX-based EDS also plans to offer international outsourcing for the entire E.piphany E.5 suite of marketing, sales and service applications.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The companies also will work to offer clients and end-users analytics-based, CRM solutions that enable companies to drive immediate customer value and organizational return on investment.
