Promotional marketing agency EastWest Creative bought creative shop Bezos/Nathanson Marketing Group, New York, in a deal whose terms were not disclosed.

The purchase yields Bezos/Nathanson accounts like Cendant and New York Economic Development Corp. EastWest's portfolio includes Fujifilm, Warner Bros., Universal Studios, Discovery Kids, Kraft Foods, Nintendo, Paramount, Reckitt Benckiser and Cadbury Schweppes.

"EastWest has always focused on the idea," said Christopher Bragas, CEO of EastWest, New York. "It's what ultimately drives everything. This transaction supercharges that belief."

Bezos/Nathanson loses its name after the acquisition. Its founders, Mark Bezos and David Nathanson, as well as agency staff moved into EastWest's office in New York, taking the combined shop's strength to 100. EastWest also has offices in Los Angeles; East Hanover, NJ; and Tarrytown, NY.
