Eastman Kodak Gets CRM System From MEI

International CRM agency MEI said yesterday that it has successfully deployed a marketing system for Eastman Kodak's business units in Europe.

The system will let Eastman Kodak conduct targeted marketing campaigns, Montreal-based MEI said. In addition, it assists with Eastman Kodak's point-of-purchase marketing efforts and the management of trade promotions and agreements.

MEI's customer relationship management system also helps Kodak sales teams plan visits to the retail outlets that the photo service and supply company serves, including supermarkets, office-supply and club stores. The project, dubbed Kodak In Store Data, took 12 weeks to implement, MEI said.

Founded in 1983, MEI provides information systems and services to a client base that includes Hewlett-Packard, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee, S.C. Johnson, Kellogg's, Nestle and Kraft. MEI specializes in the consumer goods market.
