E-mail marketing firm Sevista, Atlanta, is opening its first overseas sales office in London after experiencing growth in the U.S. market.

"Europe was an obvious choice for us. The marketplace is mature, with companies ready to adopt a professional approach to online marketing," said William Wallace, CEO, Sevista, in a statement.

Sears, CNN and other marketers use Sevista to manage the creation, distribution and tracking of online newsletters, online surveys and other e-mail communications.

The privately held company said it recently had the best quarter in company history for its first fiscal quarter of 2006, with gross revenue rising 68.6 percent from the same quarter last year. In the quarter, Sevista added 29 new clients.
