Dynamic Resource Acquires ASN Publishing
ASN Publishing, a publisher of needlecraft books and patterns, was acquired last month by Dynamic Resource Group, Berne, IN.ASN has produced books in the needle arts, including knit and crochet, counted cross-stitch, embroidery, quilting and fabric crafting. More than 1 million copies of ASN publications are sold annually in major retail stores. ASN also has sold some of its publications through direct mail -- primarily a consumer catalog.
Among DRG's companies is Clotilde's Sewing Notions catalog, acquired earlier this year.
DRG will retain the ASN office in San Marcos, CA.
ASN handles its own warehousing and shipping. Later this year those operations will move to DRG's Strategic Fulfillment Group in Big Sandy, TX.
