Dunhill International List Co. Inc. yesterday announced the creation of an e-mail appending division.

The division appends e-mail addresses to the house files or prospect files of the firm's clients and sends an e-mail blast to allow the individuals on the file to choose whether to receive further e-mail, according to Dunhill International, Boca Raton, FL.

All addresses appended are of individuals who have opted in to receive third-party solicitations.

Dunhill International estimated the match rate to be 20 percent to 40 percent on business-to-consumer and business-to-business files.
