Draft London Snares Teacher Training Agency

Teacher Training Agency welcomed Draft London to its roster of ad agencies with a three-year contract to offer direct marketing services.

The agency's DM materials will support Teacher Training's "Use Your Head. Teach" recruitment campaign, which starts this month.

Online and offline DM elements aim to generate applications to Initial Teacher Training. This program leads to Qualified Teacher Status, a requirement of teaching in a state-maintained school in Britain.

Draft will target prospects with math, science and modern language degrees. It also will reach out to music and religious education graduates. And materials will be created to encourage more applicants from minority groups, men interested in teaching in primary schools and people with disabilities.

The agency's work must convert more inquiries into successful applications. Teacher Training claims follow-up inquiries have helped increase the number of trainee teachers by 50 percent over five years.
