DoubleClick Debuts Local Ad Service

Internet advertising provider DoubleClick, New York, recently launched a service that will allow corporate marketers to target their ads to the local and regional audiences of 70 Web sites. The service is called DoubleClick Local.


Sites that DoubleClick Local ads will appear on include USA Today Marketplace (www.usatoday.com/market/dc.htm), Alta Vista Search (http://altavista.digital.com), the Dilbert Zone (www.dilbert.com), the Food Network (www.foodtv.com), Automobile Magazine (www.automobilemag.com), Modern Bride (www.modernbride.com), U.S. News Online (www.usnews.com) and Travelocity (www.travelocity.com).
