Donnelley Snares Deal With American Media
R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., Chicago, said yesterday that it was awarded a multiyear contract by American Media Inc., which publishes celebrity, health and fitness and Spanish-language magazines, for the premedia and printing of eight specialty titles.Starting in the first quarter of 2006, the company will produce Shape, Men's Fitness, Fit Pregnancy, Natural Health, Muscle & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Flex and Looking Good Now magazines.
The value of the agreement is expected to exceed $175 million.
