Dominion/Landmark acquires HomeData

Dominion/Landmark Communications acquired HomeData and parent company Siegent. Dominion owns more than 500 companies in the communications and real estate space, including the Weather Channel, Harmon Homes and Homes.com.

HomeData will become a division of eNeighborhoods LLC and will be based in Boca Raton, FL.

Dominion plans to expand HomeData's data operations significantly.
