DataMentors Inc., a data quality solutions company, said Friday that Dollar Bank, Pittsburgh, selected its data cleansing and relationship matching system, DataFuse, to complement its custom-designed CRM software.


Dollar Bank serves southwest Pennsylvania and northeast Ohio. Subsidiaries include Dollar Bank Leasing Corp. and Flenniken Corp. in Pittsburgh as well as Security Savings Mortgage Corp. in Canton, OH.


DataMentors, Tampa, FL, offers a turnkey database marketing solution with a 360-degree view of the customer through data validation, transformation, standardization and householding. Marketing solutions are available through data discovery, reporting, analysis, campaign management, data mining and modeling.


Dollar Bank uses DataFuse in developing targeted marketing campaigns that deliver the most relevant information to customers via the channel that fits their needs and best honors their privacy.


DataMentors also custom designed a marketing database model within Dollar Bank's existing Oracle environment that let Dollar Bank transfer the files cleaned by DataFuse directly into the appropriate Oracle tables.
