Dolan Acquires Henry M. Greene & Associates
Data compiler and newspaper publisher Dolan Media Co., Minneapolis, yesterday said it acquired teleservices firm Henry M. Greene & Associates Inc., Lake Forest, IL. The terms were not disclosed. Both companies are privately owned.Dolan said the acquisition would allow it to leverage Green & Associates' teleservices infrastructure. Green & Associates operates two call centers in the Chicago suburb of Lake Forest and in Manchester, IA, and is seeking a site for a third call center. It specializes in selling of professional products and services, generating sales leads, setting appointments, following up on direct mail campaigns and providing other services for its 65 clients.
Green & Associates will retain its name and no staff reductions are planned, according to Dolan. Henry M. Greene, who founded the company in 1988, will remain president.
