GM boosts Ewanick to global CMO

In another indication that rebounding carmaker General Motors will refocus on foreign markets, the company put CMO Joel Ewanick in charge of worldwide promotions on December 17. The company promoted Ewanick from CMO to global CMO.

Said Ewanick to Bloomberg Businessweek: “There is no reason the Buick LaCrosse can't sell in other markets…The Cadillac CTS would sell well in Europe.”
