DMA Selects Metviner for BTB Honor

The Direct Marketing Association announced yesterday that its Business-to-Business Council will present Neil Metviner with its B-to-B Marketer of the Year award at the DMA's annual Direct Marketing to Business conference.


The conference is March 22-24 at Caribe Royale Resort Suites in Orlando, FL.


Metviner is president of PB Direct, a division of Pitney Bowes Inc. He joined the company in 2000 as president of its Office Direct division. He went on to serve as president of Small Business Solutions where he was responsible for the management of 800,000 small-business customers, including those with its Internet postage product, ClickStamp, and Personal Post, a postage meter designed for small offices.


Those featured at this year's conference include Bruce Dahlgren, Lexmark International's vice president and general manager, North America. He will deliver the March 23 luncheon keynote presentation, "Lessons from the Recession: The Role of B-to-B Marketing in a Solutions Economy."


Stephen Diorio, partner, Profitable Channels LLC, will present the March 24 luncheon keynote address, "Report from the Front Lines: B-to-B Direct Marketing Investments on the Rise at Fortune 500 Firms."
