DMA Presents 1998 Telephone Marketing Council's Excellence Award to Philip Cohen

ORLANDO, FL--The Direct Marketing Association selected Philip Cohen, president of Philip Cohen Consultant AB, as recipient of the 1998 DMA Telephone Marketing Council's Excellence Award.


The award, presented at the DMA's 14th Annual Telephone Marketing Conference here last week, honors an individual or a company for outstanding contributions to the telephone marketing field.


Philip Cohen, a trainer and consultant specializing in international call-center site location and international legislation, has worked for IBM, Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Shell, Kosak, Volvo and Saab. He is a frequent lecturer on the topics of telemarketing, telephone sales and international call centers.
