B-to-c email list prices drop, other lists steady: Worldata

The average cost per thousand (CPM) of business aggregated email databases decreased $20 since the start of the first quarter, according to Worldata's List Price Index for spring 2011. The average cost of permission-based b-to-c email lists dropped 13.3% this spring to $93/M compared with the same period of 2010, representing the largest percentage drop.

B-to-c e-mail list prices drop 7% this winter: Worldata

The average cost of permission-based b-to-c e-mail lists dropped 7.27% year-over-year this winter, according to Worldata's Winter 2011 List Price Index. The consumer book buyers, consumer magazines and consumer merchandise buyers categories all saw price increases of 1.11%, the list marketing company said.

Most list category prices steady: Worldata

The cost of both Permission-Based Consumer and Medium-Large Business E-mail lists fell more than 4% year-over-year, according to the Worldata's Fall 2010 List Price Index. However, most categories tracked by the company remained fairly stable.

Marketing list prices were stable or showed growth this year vs. spring 2009 in most sectors, according to Worldata's Spring 2010 List Index. The only significant decline was in consumer e-mail lists, which dropped $13/M year-over-year

The price of consumer e-mail lists declined considerably since last year, showing a year-over-year 9.8% drop, according to Worldata's Winter 2010 List Price Index. The permission-based e-mail business-to-consumer category dropped $12/M from Winter 2009 to $110/M.

ManagingSmallBiz.com awarded Worldata management of its postal and e-mail lists on October 23. These files contain small and midsize businesses owners throughout the US who have opted in for e-mail newsletters about industry trends and management tactics.

SGA Executive Tracker awards Worldata list management

Effective October 5, Worldata is the manager of the SGA Executive Tracker postal, phone and e-mail lists. This file reaches SGA's database of CFOs, HR directors, technology administrators and other executives across several industries, including marketing, engineering, finance and IT.
