Direct Results Lands Pacts With Tech Companies, Nonprofit Groups

All-media direct marketing agency Direct Results Group, Boston, announced a string of deals it landed with three technology companies and two nonprofit organizations.


AEA Technology, a maker of scientific measuring devices, will employ the agency for direct mail campaigns, while Real World Technology, an independent distributor of electronic components, has taken on Direct Results to handle a direct mail program and collateral projects. Cross Pen Computing Group, the electronics division of Cross Pen, hired the agency to develop direct mail and promotional campaigns for its Palm Pilot accessories.


The Massachusetts Bankers Association, a nonprofit group that represents commercial, savings and cooperative savings and loan associations, hired Direct Results to develop a Web site. For the National Fire Protection Association, another nonprofit that publishes fire safety codes and standards, Direct Results will provide an online shopping cart mechanism and database implementation.
