Direct Media Wins Management of Golf Files

Direct Media Inc., Greenwich, CT, said that it was awarded exclusive list management yesterday of the subscriber files from Golf Digest Companies, which publishes Golf Digest, Golf for Women and Golf World magazines.


The Golf Digest file has 1.3 million active subscribers. It is 81 percent male with an average age of 46 and average household income of $132,000.


The Golf for Women file has 289,000 active subscribers. It is 78 percent female with an average age of 48 and average household income of $117,000.


The Golf World file has 140,000 active subscribers. It is 93 percent male with an average age of 45 and average household income of $160,000.


These files are selectable by geography, recency, gender, source, paid and change of address. Each has a base price of $105/M.


Direct Media also manages the Golf Digest Companies Enhanced Database of nearly 2 million subscribers enhanced with demographic and lifestyle data.
