Direct Media Inc., Greenwich, CT, announced yesterday the launch of its Broker Order Status Service, or BOSS, which is designed to save list brokers and managers time and telephone calls.BOSS automatically transmits a list order receipt confirmation to the broker via e-mail. Another e-mail is sent when the order is shipped to the service bureau. The second e-mail includes information such as shipping date, quantity shipped, shipping method and charges.
