Following a beta test, Ricoh Americas Corp. has announced the availability of 1to1 Create Marketing Services, a cloud-based platform aimed at widening the scope of direct mail programs produced by local print service providers and merging them with digital campaigns.

The new service supplies the direct mail houses with templates for personal URLs, landing pages, postcards, flyers, and email blasts. The enhanced program allows for customization of campaigns by vertical and by demographic segment.

A beta test performed with a health club, Ricoh claims, returned a 10% increase in membership. “The club's previous marketing campaigns were static and had little to no personalization,” says Michael Jais of Graphics Plus, a print shop in Lisle, IL. “This provided us with an intuitive interface to quickly and effectively develop personalized output, both printed and electronic.”

ExactTarget, PTI Marketing Technologies, and USA Data also contributed to the creation of 1to1 Create Marketing Services.
