Reader's Digest, McMurry to Publish Ritz-Carlton Magazine

Reader's Digest Association Inc. will join with custom publishing partner McMurry Publishing to publish the in-room magazine for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, the company said yesterday.


The firms signed a five-year deal to publish the quarterly magazine, which has a circulation of 50,000 distributed at more than 44 Ritz-Carlton properties worldwide. The first issue under the deal is expected to publish in April.


Reader's Digest, Pleasantville, NY, created its custom publishing division in December and appointed McMurry Publishing, Phoenix, as its custom publishing partner.


Custom publishing clients of Reader's Digest include pharmaceutical companies such as Mead Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline.
