Postal Panel Sets Agenda for Upcoming Meeting

The President's Commission on the U.S. Postal Service holds its next meeting March 18 at The LBJ Library and Museum in Austin, TX.


At the public meeting, the commission will examine the effect of online bill payment and e-mail on First-Class letter mail; automation and other technologies used by the USPS; and opportunities for business growth that may be available from technological innovations.


Witnesses will testify at the invitation of the commission, and the technologies challenges and opportunities subcommittee will report to the commission.
