Paul Reilly, chairman/president/CEO of Cenveo, announced his intention to resign and will step down after assisting in the search for his successor, Cenveo said yesterday.

Reilly will stay on Cenveo's board of directors but no longer will act as chairman. The board selected member Susan O. Rheney to serve as acting chairwoman until a permanent replacement is made.

The board has begun a search for a new president and CEO. Reilly will continue in those roles during the search, Cenveo said. No timetable for finding permanent replacements for Reilly's positions was announced.

Cenveo, Englewood, CO, is a provider of visual communications from design through fulfillment. It has 10,000 employees, more than 80 production centers and five fulfillment and distribution centers in North America.
