The Postal Regulatory Commission has issued a Notice Of Request For Comments On Service Performance Measurement Systems For Market Dominant Products. The USPS has submitted a formal proposal to the Commission setting forth several proposed systems for measuring the service performance of market dominant products. The proposal describes the measurement approaches the USPS seeks to use to measure the service performance of its various market dominant mail products.


In other news, the next USPS Board of Governors meeting is scheduled for December 10-11 at Postal Service Headquarters in Washington, DC. The public can observe the open session.
