Brylane to Buy Net Perceptions Units
The move, announced yesterday, was characterized as an effort to improve Brylane's overall revenue growth and enhance customer service across the two core channels of its operations.
The decision follows a Net Perceptions test within Brylane's call center operations. The test resulted in an increase in overall average order sizes and promotional effectiveness. Brylane sells women's clothes through its Lane Bryant, Roaman's and Jessica London catalogs and men's apparel under the KingSize name.
Brylane also sells women's regular-size apparel through the Lerner and Chadwick's of Boston catalogs, and its Brylane Home catalog sells items for the home.
