Touch the Kindle

Amazon.com recently announced it it is releasing a free application for iphone and ipod touch users to read electronic books purchased at Kindle's bookstore.

According to some news reports, this was done to boost Amazon's electronic book sales, which have been lagging, according to reports.

What do you think? Will these free apps (assuming you're an iphone user) entice you to buy e-books?
