Dimension Data to Incorporate Quadstone CRM

IT Services provider Dimension Data will combine its technology with Quadstone, a maker of predictive marketing CRM software, in a new offering as a result of a partnership announced yesterday.


Quadstone's technology, which uses customer data to predict consumer behavior, will be packaged together with Dimension Data's call center and operational CRM offering. According to Dimension Data, Quadstone's predictive technology will assist companies in making effective decisions on how customers should be treated.


Dimension Data, Johannesburg, South Africa, employs 9,000 workers in approximately 20 nations, including the United States. Other clients of Boston-based Quadstone include Barclays Bank, CVS, GUS and Vodafone.
