Digital Pulp Snares Capstar for Interactive

Capstar LLC, a subsidiary of Educational Testing Service, tapped Digital Pulp, New York, to handle interactive responsibilities.

The agency pitched against an undisclosed number of shops. Capstar previously handled interactive work in-house.

"The mandate is to build a corporate site for the new entity to provide information on the breadth of the educational services and products offered to global organizations," said Ron Fierman, president of Digital Pulp.

Capstar was formed recently from the merger of iLearning Inc., The Chauncey Group International and Experior Assessments. The new entity serves organizations in corporate, government and association markets.

Digital Pulp initially will create a corporate logo, followed by materials and the Capstar Web site.

Other clients of the agency include Scholastic, Open Society Institute at www.soros.org and Atkins Nutritionals.
