Xchange Adds Business Objects to Xchange 8

Business Objects, a business intelligence solution, and Xchange Inc., a customer relationship management vendor, announced a partnership yesterday to provide Business Objects, San Jose, CA, solutions as part of Xchange's newest profit-extraction software, Xchange 8.


By partnering with Business Objects, Xchange, Boston, said it will add functionality to Xchange 8, which is designed to enable global companies to lower costs and maximize profits by synchronizing online and offline multichannel customer campaigns. Use of Xchange 8, the company said, also improves customer acquisition and retention, and helps organizations understand the profitability of each customer.
