Getting your data ducks in a row—that's what it's all about. Tagman CEO and Cofounder Jon Baron talks marketing data layers, data collection, and using tags to break down those pesky silos.

Says Baron: “Because a data layer is the first thing on a webpage…whether it's a video ad, social ad, search ad, or it's in the app—that's an ability for the marketer to have a single view of the customer, because you see them everywhere. By wrapping that information into one single view of the customer, you have a very good way to find out how your brand is becoming famous, which leads to the search term which leads to the sale.”
