Goes on Vacation With and Nickelodeon announced a multimillion-dollar marketing partnership yesterday to create and promote family travel packages to their respective user bases.

The agreement positions as's exclusive travel-booking partner across Nickelodeon. According to the two companies, will integrate's technology and family-oriented inventory to help parents research and book travel geared toward families. The co-branded site debuts this fall.

Through the co-branded site, will provide visitors with customized, family-focused travel packages.

The deal calls for the two to participate in co-branded marketing campaigns, including online and on-air promotions and advertisements on, and Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, TV Land, Nick Jr. as well as Nick Jr. on CBS.
