SubscriberMail Redesigns E-mail System for Dashboard View

E-mail marketing services provider SubscriberMail enhanced its core application to meet the needs of companies that use e-mail to send newsletters, promotions and special offers.

SubscriberMail, Lisle, IL, said it improved its system to focus on providing ease-of-use and measurement tools for e-mail campaigns.

"Our goal is to constantly improve the user experience for a marketer," said Jordan Ayan, CEO of SubscriberMail. "We did research and used this information to improve the usability."

The new features include a redesigned start page that presents a dashboard view of the most recent e-mail campaign and critical system messages.

In addition, there are "Quick Link" icons that provide a basic overview of commonly used features and activities, along with a navigation feature to each area of the system.

Contextual tips to help users, a rebuilt help system and video tutorials of each functional area of the system are also available.

The new reporting features offer either on-screen or hardcopy files. For example, a company can compare the open rates of several e-mail campaigns to test the effectiveness of different subject lines.

Clients of SubscriberMail  include the American Marketing Association, Brunswick and the Chicago Bulls.

"We not only provide help with the technology side of sending an e-mail, but we also help with marketing," Mr. Ayan said.
