Biz Technology Solutions Inc., a provider of technology for the healthcare industry, and SearchInform Technologies, a developer of corporate search services, have formed a non-exclusive partnership agreement to distribute SearchInform services.

BTS has chosen SearchInform as a partner to provide health professionals search documents that are customized to address individual healthcare specialty environments.

"We are confident that our search technology will enhance BTS' document management solutions and allow customers to lower their cost of operations," said Alena Siameshka, head of public relations and marketing at SearchInform.

SearchInform's search capabilities enable the customer to perform full-text phrasal search for documents of similar content and query.

The healthcare market is growing, although there is the challenge of switching to a paperless-office environment. The introduction of computerization can both increase efficiency and reduce cost of operations.

"SearchInform's search capabilities allow the assessment of an incredibly large amount of documents in a multitude of formats," Ms. Siameshka said. "This significantly cuts down the time normally spent on search session."
