Under the agreement, will serve as the exclusive provider of Internet promotion solutions for the WWFE's 11 branded Web sites within its media network. The first monthly promotion has already begun and features winning a trip to Wrestlemania 2000 on April 2.

From a database standpoint, the agreement will be mutually beneficial to both parties involved. and the WWF will share the information collected from each promotion entry generated. The WWF's site gets 3 million unique monthly visitors. Consumers entering the promotions will also be offered the choice to receive a WWF newsletter and become members of
