Outrider Picks Offermatica to Offer Testing

Search engine marketing agency Outrider selected on-demand testing and optimization services provider Offermatica Corp. to offer A/B and multivariate testing capabilities to its clients.


The decision helps Outrider, St. Louis, offer testing technology to clients who want to maximize their search marketing investment. The agency also will be able to provide current and prospective clients with optimization strategy consulting, test implementation and analytical insight.


Outrider is part of MEC Interaction, WPP Group PLC-owned Mediaedge:cia's online, search and direct response division. The agency conducts search marketing campaigns for clients like Sears, AstraZeneca and Xerox.


With Offermatica, Outrider claims its clients will be able to optimize their site landing pages for conversion quicker than with traditional A/B testing. Offermatica, San Francisco, will train and support Outrider's staff.


Offermatica's main service tests consumer response to real-time changes in site content. This lets marketers cut acquisition costs by identifying the offer or creative that drives the highest conversion.
