PriceGrabber, an online merchandise amalgamator that gives shoppers pricing spectrums across the e-com universe, will begin telling people what they'll get for their money besides the product.
StellaService, which evaluates e-tailers' fulfillment and customer service operations, today announced a partnership with PriceGrabber that will present shoppers with service ratings alongside price comparisons. Consumers will learn average time to reach a live agent over the phone, average email response time, average number of days to delivery, percentage of products delivered on time, number of days for their return policy, and number of days to issue a refund.
“We're bringing more transparency to the online shopping experience and offering a compelling opportunity for retailers to differentiate themselves from the competition by showcasing their great service,” said StellaService CEO Jordy Leiser in a statement announcing the partnership.
“The integration of StellaService's ratings and customer service performance data onto PriceGrabber and our publisher sites will prove invaluable to conscious shoppers,” added PriceGrabber VP of Sales and Business Development Ben Jones.
