New DM Consultancy In the Netherlands

LEIDERDORP, the Netherlands -- Veteran Dutch direct marketer Flip van der Kooij has joined a growing trend among European specialists in opening his own DM consultancy for United States and other foreign firms interested in the Dutch market.


For the last decade, van der Kooij was general manager of the German DM giant, Schober Direct Marketing, in the Netherlands and Belgium. The company had a 35 percent share of the Dutch market.


His clients at Schober included Viking Direct, Adler Manufacturing, Nissan Motor, 06-Software Europe, MicroWarehouse and RAI, the largest Dutch Congress and exhibition center. He has also worked for Dun & Bradstreet.


A specialist in insurance and financial services, he has snagged a large French company as the first client for his new firm. VDK Direct Marketing Management is located at Brugwatch 60, 2353 DN Liederdorp, the Netherlands.
