MSN Will List PriceGrabber Products

MSN struck a deal yesterday to list comparison-shopping service's selection of products from thousands of online retailers on its MSN Shopping site.

The deal comes just days after eBay announced its $480 million cash purchase of and after E.W. Scripps' all-cash deal with for $525 million.

PriceGrabber, Los Angeles, is the seventh-largest comparison-shopping service after, Shopzilla, Yahoo Shopping, NexTag, and Froogle. As an MSN offer provider, PriceGrabber will display products from merchants in categories like home and garden, apparel, consumer electronics and entertainment.
