McGlen Internet Group, Choose Enkata's CRM Solution

McGlen Internet Group, Tustin, CA, and, New York, have chosen Enkata Technologies to handle customer relationship management for their Web sites.

Enkata, San Mateo, CA, said last week that it will provide its eDirect Enterprise CRM solution to the two companies. The system collects customer inquiries, identifies top service issues and directs them to the clients.

Peter H. Noel, vice president at PriceClick, said he expected the new system to reduce the number of calls fielded by the company's customer service representatives.

PriceClick owns and maintains its own retail sites. Also, by using Yahoo Store software, PriceClick designs online stores for wholesalers and retailers.
