Until marketers get an FTC-backed, Nielsen-type rating system for retailers online ("More Media Hogwash," iMarketing News, Jan. 8, www.dmnews.com/articles/2001-01-08/12476.html), we're going to continue to have chaos with the courts and customers.


That's why they have referees in the NFL. People are going to cheat when their livelihoods are at stake.
