Job Site Lampoons Usual Tech Ads

Employment Web site, Atlanta, debuted its national radio campaign Monday taking aim at technical companies and professionals while subtly mocking its competitors' advertising tactics.

The firm said other tech job sites overestimate their services in promotions, while its ads will appeal to a no-nonsense tech audience. Its commercials will use language attempting to make light of what tech professionals normally hear in such ads. The 30-second and 60-second radio spots were preceded by billboard, print and direct mail efforts that began last year.
