Launched by CRM Essentials' Brent Leary and ColderICE Media's John Lawson, EXcom2016--a one-day conference dedicate to examining the future of customer experience--featured a star-studded speaker lineup and thought-provoking content. Experts lighting up the stage included dynamic and outspoken industry leading analysts Brian Solis, R "Ray" Wang, Paul Greenberg, and Esteban Kolsky, as well as forward-thinking digital marketers from GoDaddy, MLB's Atlanta Braves, NBA's Atlanta Hawks, and WetShaveClub.com.
