Speakers at #Excom2016 emphasized that companies need to put customers at the center of their strategic decision making.

Launched by CRM Essentials' Brent Leary and ColderICE Media's John Lawson, EXcom2016--a one-day conference dedicate to examining the future of customer experience--featured a star-studded speaker lineup and thought-provoking content. Experts lighting up the stage included dynamic and outspoken industry leading analysts Brian Solis, R "Ray" Wang, Paul Greenberg, and Esteban Kolsky, as well as forward-thinking digital marketers from GoDaddy, MLB's Atlanta Braves, NBA's Atlanta Hawks, and WetShaveClub.com. Tweets were flying as attendees feverishly attempted to capture and share key moments of the day. Below, I've shared a Storify of many of my favorites.
